Today is the big day, our tenants get their keys!! After countless hours of cleaning/scrubbing/painting, 11.5 to be exact, we are finally done!! I am extremely releived to be out of the house and have it rented. Altough we are taking a loss each month, it is better than having no renters at all!
Now all we have to do is pray they keep the house in as good of shape as we left it!
43 days till we fly out!!!
